Our client, an international service company going through an exciting period of growth, requires an experienced HR/Recruitment professional to join their team on a project basis.
The 3-4 month project will have a key focus on resourcing to include the implementation of new recruitment tools and technologies and the wider organisational approach to recruitment needs.
Candidates should offer significant experience in the development and implementation of recruitment and manpower planning in a cross-discipline setting. International experience along with a strong technical and project planning and delivery approach would be advantageous for this post.
In addition to the project elements of this role, the post holder will also be required to manage recruitment requirements on a day to day basis.
